The City of Gulfport is soliciting bids from qualified and professional firms to provide grounds maintenance on properties within the City of Gulfport. All bids must be received in the Office of Procurement, 1410 24th Ave., 2nd Floor Hardy Bldg., Gulfport, MS 39501,
no later than 10:00 am, local time on August 17, 2023, after which time they will be opened and publicly read aloud. The bid package may be downloaded at www.gulfportmsbids.com or requested via email at jversiga@gulfport-ms.gov
Vendors interested in this contract are encouraged to attend the pre-bid conference, scheduled for August 7, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Beautification Department located at 3310 17th Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39507.
Please read your specifications thoroughly and be sure that your bid complies with all requirements. All information requested must be submitted with bid; failure to submit information as required may be justification for disqualification of respondent.
The bid to be selected by the City of Gulfport shall be the bid that, in the opinion of the City of Gulfport is the “lowest, best and most advantageous” to the City of Gulfport.
